TIPS FOR INVENTORY:
1) Set an alarm for ordering (snooze if needed).
2) Fill out a checklist that notes the minimum inventory needed until the end of day of the next delivery.
3) Train shift leads on how to count inventory as a backup to provide counts to the manager.
4) The manager is responsible for placing orders the day before delivery. Don't Just Wing It. Plan ahead!
